The great unraveling is not being covered here. More

On October 14, 2009, Lord Christopher Monckton , Climate Change expert, gave a most disturbing speech about a International Climate Change Treaty to be signed in Copenhagen this December. Wording in the treaty also mentions “Global Government” or World Government ! He also goes further and claims that the U.S. Constitution is superceded by International treaties. Don Fotheringham, principal of Freedom First Society, authors a great article as to why this isn’t so. Below the article I have featured 3 videos of Don Fotheringham giving a presentation,” We Can save the Constitution”, while a member of The John Birch Society years earlier.
Please take some time and watch these videos !!

On June 26, a 1,427-page climate change bill introduced by Representatives Henry Waxman (D–CA) and Edward Markey (D–MA) passed the House by a narrow margin. The bill, also known as Waxman–Markey, includes a number of alarming provisions, chief among them a cap-and-trade program that would attempt to curb global warming by imposing strict upper limits on the emission of six greenhouse gases, with the primary emphasis on carbon dioxide (CO2). The mechanism for capping these emissions requires emitters to acquire federally created permits (or “allowances”) for each ton of greenhouse gas emitted. Because these allowances carry a price—and because 85 percent of the United States’ energy needs come from carbon-emitting fossil fuels—Waxman–Markey is best described as a significant tax on energy use. Since everything Americans use and produce requires energy, the tax hits U.S. pocketbooks again and again. The Heritage Foundation’s Center for Data Analysis forecasts severe consequences, including skyrocketing energy costs, millions of jobs lost, and falling household income and economic activity—all for negligible changes in the global temperature.[1] Workers and families in New York may be wondering how cap-and-trade legislation would affect their income, their jobs, and the cost of energy. Implementing Waxman-Markey would put a chokehold on New York’s economic potential, reducing gross state product by $42.49 billion in 2035. Consumers would be hit hard. Between 2012 (when the restrictions first apply) and 2035 (the last year of this analysis), the prices of electricity and gasoline will rise sharply when compared to prices in a world without cap and trade. By 2035, Americans living in the state of New York will see their electricity prices rise by $718.89 and their gasoline prices rise by $1.35 per gallon solely because of Waxman-Markey. As the economy adjusts to shrinking gross domestic product (GDP) and rising energy prices, employment will take a big hit in New York. Beginning in 2012, job losses will be 100,221 higher than without a cap-and-trade bill in place. And the number of jobs lost will only go up, increasing to 107,653 by 2035. Contrary to the claims of an economic boost from green investment and green job creation and “postage stamp” costs, the Waxman-Markey climate change legislation does the complete opposite by increasing energy prices-thereby causing a considerable reduction in the rate of economic growth, the amount of GDP, household incomes, and employment. In 1912, a respected paleontologist at the British Museum confirmed that bones found in a Piltdown quarry came from the “missing link” between apes and humans. Forty years later, the so-called Piltdown Man was proved to be a hoax. Thanks to purloined e-mails from the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit (CRU), global warming is turning out to be the 21st-century equivalent of Piltdown Man.
E-mails between a small group of highly influential climate scientists at the center of the worldwide panic over global warming exposed multiple discussions among them concerning their manipulation of data and using various evasive tactics to avoid releasing the facts behind their ginned-up numbers to the public via Freedom of Information Act requests.
Here’s a rogue’s gallery of five major perpetrators of what’s turning out to be the biggest scientific hoax in modern history:
Geoff Jenkins, chairman of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s first scientific group and self-described “frontman explaining climate change.” Jenkins admitted in 1996 to a “cunning plan” to feed fake temperature information to Nick Nuttall, head of media for the United Nations Environment program. At the time, Jenkins predicted temperatures in London would hit 113 degrees Fahrenheit and the Thames River would rise three feet even though 1996 was, in fact, cooler than 1995.
Phil Jones, director of the CRU, controlled two key databases that are the primary sources underlying claims by the United Nations and others of a global scientific “consensus” that catastrophic consequences will result from man-made global warming unless trillions of dollars are spent now to prevent it.
Jones e-mailed instructions to colleagues to “hide the decline” in temperatures and to pressure editors of academic journals to blackball the work of “climate skeptics.”
After claiming that the original climate data had been destroyed in the 1980s, Jones was caught urging his CRU colleagues to “delete as appropriate” data requested under Britain’s freedom of information laws.
Michael Mann, director of Penn State University’s Earth System Science Center, is one of the lead authors of the U.N.’s Inter-governmental Panel on Climate Change report. Mann was the originator of the “hockey stick” graph that supposedly proved that the Earth’s temperature was at the highest level in recorded history. However, it also appeared to eliminate both the Medieval Warm Period, in which surface temperatures were higher than they are today, and Europe’s “Little Ice Age.”
In 2003, Canadian statistician Steve McIntyre exposed the flawed methodology behind Mann’s hockey stick. The recent e-mail leak led another scientist to quip: “Dr. Mann is in transition from Penn State to State Pen. We can only hope he does a better job with license plates.”
Mann has been a committee chairman for the National Academy of Sciences and a member of multiple NAS panels and committees.
James Hansen, head of NASA’s Goddard Institute for Space Studies, whose records were also cited as evidence, second only to the CRU data, of incontrovertible man-made global warming. McIntyre also caught Hansen engaging in the same sort of statistical manipulation in which past temperatures were lowered and recent ones “adjusted” to convey the false impression that the nonexistent warming trend was accelerating. After trying to block McIntyre’s IP address, NASA was forced to back down from its claim that 1998 was the hottest year in U.S. history.
Al Gore, Former Vice President Al Gore is the author of “An Inconvenient Truth,” star of the 2006 Oscar-winning movie of the same name and winner of the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize for his tireless efforts to limit economic development in industrialized countries with a cap-and-trade scheme. Many experts agree that such a system would increase food and energy prices, while wasting trillions of dollars on alternative energy sources (in which Gore is heavily invested). Gore’s case rests on the now-discredited theory that carbon dioxide emissions (which are increasing) are heating up the Earth’s atmosphere, even though actual global temperatures have been declining for at least a decade.
These five, though far from being the only ones, are among the top perpetrators of the Great Global Warming Hoax. They should never be taken seriously again.

- EDITORIAL: Media complicity in Climategate
Russia reigns over its weather
Moscow officials have already chased away clouds on public holidays. Now they’re considering cloud seeding to keep snow-removal costs down in the winter. Neighboring towns may get dumped on.
Since then, they’ve melted away fog, dissipated the radioactive fallout from Chernobyl and called down rains fierce enough to drown unborn locusts threatening the distant northeastern grasslands.
Now they’re poised to battle the most inevitable and emblematic force of Russian winter: the snow.
Moscow’s government, led by powerful and long-reigning Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, has indicated that clearing the capital’s streets of snow is simply too expensive. Instead, officials are weighing a plan to seed the clouds with liquid nitrogen or dry ice to keep heavy snow from falling inside the city limits.
Word of the proposal has sent a shudder through Moscow just as the first dark, snowy days have fallen on the capital. It has also piqued the surrounding region, which would receive the brunt of the displaced snowfall, and has raised concerns among ecologists.
“I was very surprised because [the mayor] never even asked us,” says Alexei Yablokov, who sits on the mayor’s ecological council and has concerns about the proposal, including the environmental effects and pressure on surrounding villages. “We never discussed it at all.”
The city government says it still hasn’t reached a decision. But scientists at the Central Aerological Observatory say they are deep into negotiations with authorities and expect the cloud-seeding plan to go forward.
The city has hit upon a splendid idea, the scientists say. Laboring against the uncomfortable sense that their observatory’s import has waned since its Soviet heyday, they are eager to unleash their many and various technologies.
They already seed the clouds for political effect, clearing the skies over Moscow twice a year to ensure sun-drenched celebrations of patriotic holidays.
In Russia, nobody rains on the parade — because the Russian government doesn’t allow it.
“Victory Day is the most sacred holiday for us,” says Bagrat Danilian, deputy chief of cloud seeding at the observatory. “When veterans go out to celebrate in Moscow, we create good weather for them.”
All it takes, he says, is sacks of cement — 500-grade, to be precise. Drop the powder down into the clouds, and they vanish.
Soviet scientists learned how to disperse clouds by accident 40 years ago: They had flown overhead and dropped powdered blue paint into the clouds to tag them for observation. Instead, the powder melted the clouds away.
Danilian, 56, a dark-haired, solid man with a quick grin, was born to an Armenian family in Soviet Georgia and studied physics at Tbilisi State University.
He moved to Moscow in 1979 to work for the observatory, and has been there ever since.
He is nostalgic for the Soviet era of experimentation. In those days, when Danilian was younger and funding more plentiful, he was sent off to Vietnam, Cuba and Syria to study the clouds.
He has flown into hurricanes, bounced through airstreams like a pingpong ball and survived lightning strikes on turboprop planes.
“You won’t find a more interesting profession,” he says enthusiastically. “You can’t compare it with anything. You just float on your own adrenaline.”
There is something almost godlike about interfering with the weather. It was a need to rationalize the whims of climate that inspired the notion of deities in ancient times, and there is still an inherent sense of helplessness before nature’s force.
In much of the world, weather and cloud research is focused on preventing hailstorms, tornadoes, droughts and the like. Not that Russia is the only country that has used it to ensure sunny public holidays. In Beijing, clouds have been chased away from the Olympic ceremonies and other celebrations.
But there is a certain nonchalance to the way Russians regard cloud seeding. For a people accustomed to displays of great power, changing the weather draws little interest.
“It’s true that the attitude here is more positive, of course,” says Aleksandr Azarov, senior scientist at the observatory. And why not, he shrugs.
“If there’s a drought, who wouldn’t pray to God for rain to fall?”
The cloud seeding is done in moderation, scientists insist.
“You shouldn’t overstep the threshold over which the weather would change globally,” Danilian says. “We’re trying to look for that threshold in a very careful way.”
Sometimes, despite their efforts, nature wins. And in one instance, gravity.
As the Russian air force toiled to chase the clouds out of town for last year’s independence day celebrations, a clump of cement tumbled to earth instead of dissipating into the clouds. It crashed through the roof of a house on Moscow’s outskirts.
Rather than accept the $2,000 compensation offered by the military, the homeowner huffed to reporters that she would file suit for “moral suffering.”
It’s unlikely that Muscovites would ever agree to forgo snow altogether. During the long, dark months of winter, the flicker of clean snowflakes against the sky is one of the few recurrent graces, creating a vast playground for children and briefly coating the drab days in sparkling white.
But Luzhkov, the mayor, is prepared to choke off any particularly massive snowfalls, which usually unleash battalions of plows, flanked by armies of workers hoisting ice picks and shovels.
The city government believes it can save more than $13 million with cloud seeding.
“In the movies, the snow looks very beautiful with St. Basil’s Cathedral in the background,” says Azarov, the senior scientist. “But this snow costs a pretty penny to Moscow authorities.”
| Germans Exposed Climategate by Dennis Avery – December 23, 2009 The Globe Isn’t Warming! The Globe Isn’t Warming!

By: Pat Boone
In just a few days, President Obama will be in Copenhagen, Denmark, with a large group of influential people from around the world, discussing what to do to prevent our globe from frying like an egg on a hot sidewalk.
That last part is an exaggeration, of course, but the attitude among most of the attendees seems too similar to the fairy tale about Chicken Little, who ran around the barnyard screaming “The sky is falling! The sky is falling!” Former Vice President Al Gore has spent eight years roaming the world with a message just about as dire, and received a Nobel Prize for his efforts. Now Bloomberg reports that Mr. Gore has seen his net worth soar from $2 million when he left office to more than $100 million now. He stands to make billions personally if “cap and trade” passes because of his stake in the newly created agency that will lay billions of penalties on entities that produce more carbon emissions than the agency deems allowable. If this happens, it will make America’s fabled “robber barons” from another era look like neighborhood kids with a lemonade stand. What makes this James Bond or Michael Crichton story so fascinating is that a growing majority of the world’s scientists are proclaiming loudly: “The sky is not falling!” The world is not frying in CO2! It’s actually cooling, and has been for some time!
I feel reasonably certain that our friend Al is truly persuaded that he’s telling the truth, or less likely, has persuaded himself of it. And of course, many of the pictures he shows and stats and figures he relates are factual. It’s just that he has drawn some wrong, and terribly damaging, conclusions from them. Just like Chicken Little, who saw dark and low-hanging clouds over her, and felt the sky was falling. Facts right, conclusion wrong.
Incontrovertible facts have now surfaced that contradict Gore’s conclusions. Hard evidence and common sense confirm that:
2) “With all due respect, Mr. President, that is not true. We, the undersigned scientists, maintain that the case for alarm regarding climate change is grossly overstated. Surface temperature changes over the past century have been episodic and modest and there has been no net global warming for over a decade now. After controlling for population growth and property values, there has been no increase in damages from severe weather-related events. The computer models forecasting rapid temperature change abjectly fail to explain recent climate behavior. Mr. President, your characterization of the scientific facts regarding climate change and the degree of certainty informing the scientific debate is simply incorrect.” — Signed by more than 100 of the world’s top scientists and researchers in an open letter to The New York Times, The Washington Post, and the L.A. Times, March 30, 2009.
White House Science Czar Involved in Climategate |

| You haven’t heard it from America’s mainstream media yet – even Fox News hasn’t covered it – but the director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, Dr. John P. Holdren, is a key player in the Climategate e-mails flap, which is shaping up as the biggest scandal in the history of modern science.Holdren is an intractable global warming activist with no time for climate change skepticism. In a New York Times article, he contended that such questioning “has delayed – and continues to delay – the development of the political consensus that will be needed if society is to embrace remedies commensurate with the challenge.”He has also become something of a celebrity, rubbing shoulders with the Hollywood luminaries at President Obama’s state dinner Tuesday night honoring Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, and repeatedly appearing as a guest on the David Letterman show. But the Canada Free Press this week revealed that the former Harvard professor and Al Gore global warming adviser features prominently in the thousands of e-mails and other files made public after the hacking last week of a computer server used by the University of East Anglia Climate Research Unit. The most embarrassing item for the Obama Administration may be a 2003 exchange between Holdren and TCSDaily.com editor-in-chief Nick Schulz. Schulz challenged Holdren on whether downplaying the significance of the Medieval Warm Period required “what lawyers call the burden of proof.”Holdren’s retort contained a remarkable assertion coming from a scientist: “In practice, burden of proof is an evolving thing – it evolves as the amount of evidence relevant to a particular proposition grows.”
Canada Free Press columnist and Canadian climatologist Dr. Tim Ball says of the correspondence with Schulz that Holdren’s “entire defense and position devolves to a political position.” The CRU documents also find Holdren disparaging solar physicists Sallie Baliunas and Willie Soon, contrarians regarding surface temperatures over the past millennium, who were colleagues of Holdren at Harvard, and Ball wonders if Holdren may have intimidated the two scientists before they “suddenly and politely withdrew from the fray,” as Ball describes it. As Newsmax has previously reported, Dr. Holdren has a history of alarmingly extremist views. He co-authored a 1977 book, “Ecoscience: Population Resources, Environment,” advocating compulsory abortion for purposes of population control, mass sterilization, government-dictated family size like China’s one-child policy, and a “planetary regime” to be policed by the United Nations. Not long before the Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade ruling legalizing abortion-on-demand throughout America, Holdren co-authored “Human Ecology: Problems and Solutions,” which seems to argue that even years after birth a baby is not yet a human being. “The fetus, given the opportunity to develop properly before birth,” claims the book’s “Population Limitation” section, “and given the essential early socializing experiences and sufficient nourishing food during the crucial early years after birth, will ultimately develop into a human being.” Holdren’s “Human Ecology” warns of large-scale disaster that might require “involuntary fertility control” to stop population growth. “Compulsory control of family size is an unpalatable idea, but the alternatives may be much more horrifying,” the Holdren book suggests. As a member of President Bill Clinton’s Committee of Advisers on Science and Technology, Holdren chaired a study providing the groundwork for U.S.-Russian cooperation on securing nuclear materials in the aftermath of post-Cold War disarmament. |
